We absolutely love our new gate and it's built really solid. We opted to buy our own Baldwin lever handle and deadbolt from Home Depot, then had the paint color of the gate matched to it. It came out beautifully! I highly recommended these guys!

I have used Kim's several times throughout the years. They have installed a banister up my staircase, hand rails in the bathrooms,in the shower, and up and down the front and back yard steps. Recently I had them install a gate for my front porch. They are always professional and on time. The pricing is fair and the end product always looks perfect.

They are great people. We had Brian Min adjusting our side gate today . He was early , fixed the problem and didn't charge me for the visit. I will start off by saying Kim Iron Works is TOP NOTCH and second to none from start to finish. My wrought iron was destroyed by a irresponsible young driver. I contacted Kim Iron Works and was greeted by Lois. Lois explained how the process works from pricing to fabrication to lead times. I was then contacted by Brian (Project Manager). Brian sent me the proposal along with diagram and lead times. What can I say, Brian is the man. Installation went on without a hitch or hick up. To the whole team at Kim Iron Works, Lois, fabricators, Brian and installers GREAT JOB!!!! So great, Brian and I have already begun another one....

We had gates and railings made and have reall enjoyed them. Good craftsmanship and installation. We are looking on putting up another railing and called them right away.

I needed a new stair railing because my old one was not to code. Kim's was able to do it in a week and a day and it turned out beautiful. I have a tenant moving in so it was critical to done on time. The quality and price were exquisite.

Kim built a beautiful new wrought iron gate for us. Used our specific custom design and did a great job. Price was less that quotes received from other companies. Highly recommended!
